Ready for the Big Chill was a three-week long experience that launched earlier this year and forced participants to consider what they’d do should a catastrophic event result in a global climate change. Things kicked off with the player receiving an envelope stamped with the words “Nobody Knows It Yet” on the outside and “… But It Has Already Started” on the inside. Also inside was the image of a figure directing the participant to a Facebook page, which then brought them to The Big Chill’s main site.

The folks behind The Big Chill used video, YouTube, Twitter and Facebook to connect users to the characters, which included a volcanologist, geologist, video director and more, in order to come up with survival ideas. The Big Chill wrapped on March 17^th, but the site as well as its Facebook and Twitter counterparts are still up and running, so you can relive the whole experience.
