Welcome to an experiment. As I gear up for a course I'm teaching at Columbia University, I've decided to open the teaching process. Over the course of the semester myself, the class, and a number of guest speakers will be sharing thoughts, projects, tech, and ideas that exam storytelling in the 21st Century.
This tumblr will also tie into a book I've been working on entitled Building Storyworlds: the art, craft & biz of storytelling in 21C. The book is the basis of the course at Columbia and is an experiment in scarcity vs. digital abundance.
